Madewell is seeking a Visual Associate to curate an inviting store environment with attention to detail. You will set up captivating window displays and merchandise layouts, support presentation standards, and collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Passion for brand, customers, and teamwork.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Comfort with fashion trends and in-store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Create captivating window displays and merchandise layouts.
• Execute organized and timely floor sets.
• Collaborate with store management on product placement and daily upkeep.
• Keep backstock organized and move products to the floor regularly.
• Follow receiving and handling guidelines for merchandise.
• Use store systems and technology effectively.
• Provide courteous, helpful customer service when needed.
