• Experience with being solution focused to improve product presentation and commercial execution in store
• Good knowledge of visual, commercial, and operational best practises, routines, and tools
• Know how to manage, follow-up and act on selling equation and weekly sales reports

Responsibilities

• Execute the visual and commercial curation according to guidelines and calendar.
• Represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions.
• Organize workload with Store Management and Area Visual Manager.
• Launch and maintain global campaigns and sale activities on time.
• Ensure garment care, stock levels, and allocation input to Store Management and Area teams.
• Perform sales KPI follow-up and identify visual and commercial opportunities.
• Create actions to increase customer satisfaction to reach targets and budgets.
• Follow procedures for OMNI services and store operations.
