You will coach and develop store colleagues, ensuring consistent visual and commercial presentation while collaborating with Store Management to execute campaigns and maintain stock integrity.

Responsibilities

• Implement visual and commercial curation according to guidelines to ensure a consistent in-store experience.
• Represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions and maintain high standards of garment care and presentation.
• Coordinate workload with Store Management and Area Visual Manager to align with the activation plan and campaigns.
• Launch and maintain campaigns and sale activities on time according to Global Brand Standards.
• Provide input on allocation, stock levels, and maintain stockroom organization to support sales.
• Follow procedures for OMNI services, store operations, and legal requirements in all store areas.
