Job summary

Lifted, an Upwork Company, is building a talent pool of experienced Visual Merchandisers and Store Designers for full- or part-time engagements with enterprise partners. Selected candidates may be matched to opportunities based on experience, availability and project needs.

You will concept and develop retail environments, create CAD drawings, renderings, floor plans, elevations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand standards and on-brand, cost-conscious solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience designing retail environments, fixtures, and immersive brand experiences.
• Ability to create 2D/3D renderings, floor plans, elevations, and architectural layouts.
• Collaborates with brand, global store design, construction, and vendors.
• Ensures designs meet brand guidelines and functional requirements.
• Develops planograms, on-counter layouts, and in-store merchandising.
• Produces photorealistic renderings and production-ready documents.
• Coordinates with engineering, fabrication, and VM teams.
• Manages budgets, timelines, and vendor contracts.
