Lifted, an Upwork Company™, is building a talent pool of experienced Visual Merchandiser/Store Designers for full- or part-time engagements with enterprise partners. The role centers on creating immersive retail environments, 2D/3D renderings, floor plans, elevations, and production-ready documents to support future opportunities.

Collaborate with brand teams, global store design, construction, and vendors to ensure concepts meet brand standards, budgets, and project timelines across markets;

Qualifications

• Experience in designing retail environments, fixtures, and immersive brand experiences.
• Ability to create 2D/3D renderings, floor plans, elevations, and architectural layouts.
• Partner with brand, global store design, construction, and vendors to execute physical experiences.
• Produce production-ready CAD drawings and technical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Develop store design concepts and planograms for rollout across markets.
• Coordinate with engineering, fabrication, VM teams, and suppliers.
• Ensure designs comply with brand guidelines, budgets, and timelines.
• Create photorealistic renderings and production documents for builds.
