Job summary

Pechanga Resort Casino is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to provide quality visual merchandising for PRC gift shops and assist guests. You will report to the Retail Manager, support cashiers as needed, and help maintain stock and displays to drive sales.

Responsibilities include restocking, monitoring product placement, and communicating merchandising feedback to leadership. A high school diploma or GED and cash handling experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of related experience; cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating instructions.
• Strong communication and guest service focus.
• Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality visual merchandising in all retail stores.
• Review sell-through and optimize product placement and displays.
• Use fixtures effectively and ensure safety for team members and guests.
• Restock gift shops and monitor product placement to maximize sales.
• Communicate merchandising concerns to management and buyers.
• Review inventory reports to maintain steady merchandise flow.
• Handle cash, comp, and credit card sales; balance daily revenue.
• Assist guests with product selection and provide excellent service.
