Job summary

Ardmore Home Design, Inc. is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to execute and maintain visual standards for showrooms and tradeshows. You will travel up to 50–60% of the year to support brand presentation across markets in the luxury home décor space.

The role emphasizes merchandising strategy, fixture development, and collaboration with the Visual Merchandising team to showcase best-selling products and align with company values of Ownership, Collaboration and Respect.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Design or related field is required.
• 2+ years of tradeshow/showroom visual merchandising experience preferred.
• Experience with luxury home furnishings a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Willingness to travel 50-60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, analyze, and adjust seasonal floor plans for showrooms in designated markets.
• Layout product SKUs for tradeshow/showroom setups and arrange displays.
• Analyze product sales to feature best-sellers and adjust inventory.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising Manager and Visual Construction Manager on brand presentation.
• Develop merchandising strategies and design new displays and fixtures.
• Assist in coordinating labor and freight for showrooms/tradeshows.
• Order graphics and collateral; size logos and interface with printers.
