Job summary

EVEREVE in Houston is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to drive store sales and elevate the customer experience through well-merchandised, brand-appropriate displays. You will work with store leadership to execute weekly merchandising directives and maintain brand consistency.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, time management, and multitasking. Visual merchandising experience in women's clothing and the ability to lift 20–30 pounds are essential.

Qualifications

• Visual merchandising retail experience specifically in women's clothing.
• Able to climb a ladder and lift 20-30 pounds.
• Clear communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in stores.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through our HEART values (humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, tenacity).
• Execute weekly and monthly merchandising directives with store leadership and Regional Merchandiser.
• Implement visual strategies to drive top-line sales and brand consistency.
• Ensure visual standards are upheld throughout the day/week as a team effort.
• React to sell-through, replenish styling floor, and manage floorset integrity.
• Partner with Inventory Specialist to execute markdowns and re-merchandise sale areas.
