You will execute weekly merchandising directives, implement visual strategies to boost top line sales, and partner with leadership to uphold visual standards across the floor and online

Qualifications

• Clear and motivating communication style with strong presentation skills.
• Collaborative and able to solve problems creatively for brand/customer experience.
• Detail oriented with excellent time management and multitasking.
• Ability to work independently in stores and be self-motivated.
• Visual merchandising experience in women’s clothing.
• Must be able to climb a ladder and lift 20–30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through our HEART values (humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, tenacity).
• Execute all weekly and monthly merchandising directives with store leadership and Regional Merchandise Manager/Director.
• Implement visual strategies to drive top line sales, create brand consistency and improve the customer experience.
• Ensure visual standards are upheld throughout the day/week as a team.
• React to sell-through and replenish the styling floor focusing on outfitting and floorset integrity.
• Collaborate with Inventory specialist to manage markdowns and re-merchandise sale areas.
