Target is seeking a Visual Merchandiser in Utah to manage daily and weekly visual workloads, execute assessments, and uphold the brand’s visual standards. You will support merchandising strategy, guide store teams, and help deliver a compelling guest experience through elevated displays and ISM elements.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of visual merchandising experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years visual merchandising experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor or higher not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily/weekly visual workload with leader guidance to meet sales goals and promotions.
• Execute weekly visual assessments to maintain standards and guest experience.
• Ensure visual standards are implemented across the store and support ISM placements.
