Job summary

Edikted will open a new store in November 2026 at International Plaza in Tampa, FL. The Visual Merchandiser creates compelling window and in-store displays and guides the team to deliver an inspiring customer experience aligned with Edikted brand values.

You will stay current with fashion trends, share seasonal guidance with the team, and ensure flawless presentation and customer flow from windows to the floor. Flexibility required, including some travel.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Inclusive, positive, creative, and willing to learn on the job.
• Passionate for customer service and helping people find their style.
• A multi-tasker who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with an eye for detail.
• 1-2+ years of transferable experience welcome.
• Must be able to work a flexible work schedule, including nights and weekends.
• May be required to travel to support other stores.

Responsibilities

• Set garment presentation on the Sales Floor & Windows according to the Commercial Guide line.
• Determine additional commercial opportunities with Store Manager and execute floor moves.
• Maintain high-quality garment presentation daily and ensure window to floor storytelling.
• Lead visual training and development for store colleagues.
• Ensure adherence to Edikted Visual Identity and local safety regulations.
