Job summary

Edikted is looking for a Visual Merchandiser to join our Oakbrook Center Mall team in person. You will lead window and floor displays, align with the Commercial Plan, and guide the store team on seasonal styling and brand standards.

This role supports sales and delivers an inspiring customer experience daily. You will train colleagues, maintain visual identity, and ensure safety, while adapting plans to store needs and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of transferable experience welcome.
• Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions.
• Flexible work schedule including nights and weekends.
• May travel to support other stores.
• Work in accordance with health, safety and store procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set garment presentation on Sales Floor & Windows per guidelines.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to determine commercial opportunities.
• Execute floor moves based on joint decisions.
• Lead visual training and coaching for store team.
• Ensure compliance with Edikted Visual Identity and brand standards.
• Maintain windows and in-store displays, ensuring safety and accessibility.
• Complete morning routines before opening and manage props and marketing materials.
