Job summary

Edikted in Houston seeks a Visual Merchandiser to create inspiring store environments and guide the team in delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will set garment displays, collaborate with the Store Manager on commercial opportunities, and ensure adherence to Edikted visuals and standards.

This role requires 1–2+ years retail experience, flexibility to work nights/weekends, and the ability to lift and move mannequins as needed.

Qualifications

Experience delivering customer service in a retail environment.
Ability to train and coach store staff on visuals and campaigns.
Strong eye for garment presentation and brand guidelines.
1–2+ years of transferable retail experience welcomed.
Ability to lift 20 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

Set garment presentation on the Sales Floor & Windows according to the Commercial Guide line.
Determine additional commercial opportunities with the Store Manager and execute floor moves.
Maintain Edikted Visual Identity through the Commercial Guide line and ensure well-styled mannequins.
Create a clear visual flow from windows to the A-area withBuying suggestions and campaigns.
Ensure high-quality garment presentation daily and maintain store flow and safety procedures.
Support coaching and development of the store team to enhance customer experience.
