Job summary

Target is seeking a dedicated Visual Merchandiser in North Miami Beach to ensure compelling in-store displays that align with our brand standards. You will create and manage daily/weekly visual plans, train staff, and collaborate with leaders to elevate guest experiences and sales.

The role requires 1–2 years of visual merchandising experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily/weekly visual workload with leadership guidance.
• Execute weekly visual assessments and adjust to improve store visuals.
• Maintain and communicate visual standards across the store.
• Support and implement the Visual Merchandising strategy and ISM across areas.
• Set lighting to highlight key displays and ensure store safety and cleanliness.
