Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store, owning end-to-end tasks from planograms to signage and price changes. You will assist with merchandise and fixture assembly, maintain signage, and interact with customers to deliver legendary service.

Expect to work flexible shifts, maintain planogram integrity, and collaborate with store leadership to meet daily goals and safety standards. This role emphasizes hands-on merchandising and customer-focused execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• As FAST Team Member, perform planograms and store resets accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including price changes.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs and maintain visual standards.
• Provide legendary customer service and greet customers to uncover needs and recommend products.
• Communicate progress and issues with the District FAST Supervisor and store team.
