Placements24 is seeking a creative Visual Merchandiser to elevate in-store presentation and brand image across our client’s retail locations in the region. The role blends hands-on display work with strategic planning and requires regular store visits.

You will translate brand concepts into compelling visuals, collaborate with marketing and sales, and guide store staff on presentation standards. A strong portfolio and color/space knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or similar role.
• Strong portfolio of visual merchandising projects and store layouts.
• Excellent understanding of color theory, space planning and layout design.
• Proficiency with design software (Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement attractive in-store visual displays, window presentations, and merchandising layouts according to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop seasonal and promotional visual merchandising strategies.
• Ensure all retail spaces are well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
• Manage inventory of visual merchandising materials and props, ensuring timely procurement and replenishment.
• Stay updated on the latest visual merchandising trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Train and guide store staff on effective visual merchandising techniques and brand presentation standards.
