Job summary

Target in New Jersey is hiring a Visual Merchandiser to plan and execute in-store visual displays that align with brand standards and drive guest engagement. You will lead Visual Standards and ISM initiatives while collaborating with store leaders to deliver compelling presentations.

The role requires 1–2 years of visual merchandising experience, a strong sense of style, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years visual merchandising experience.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong eye for fashion, trends and brand presentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily/weekly visual workload with leaders to meet sales goals.
• Execute weekly visual assessments to improve store visuals and guest experience.
• Maintain visual standards across the total store to elevate presentations.
• Support the execution of the Visual Merchandising strategy and ISM across areas of the store.
• Assist in onboarding and training team members on visual standards.
