Job summary

The Warehouse & Maroon U in College Station, TX is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to transform sales floors into engaging shopping destinations, design eye-catching displays, and analyze trends to drive performance.

You'll collaborate with Buying, Marketing, Operations, and more; lead on the sales floor, coach associates, and ensure high presentation standards while delivering data-driven merchandising.

2-5 years of visual/retail merchandising experience and a bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of visual merchandising or retail merchandising experience.
• Experience creating floor plans, displays, and merchandising strategies.
• Ability to analyze sales data and turn insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Design experiences: create inspiring floor sets, window displays, and seasonal presentations.
• Drive sales through merchandising: analyze sales performance and optimize product placement.
• Collaborate across the business: partner with Buying, Marketing, Product Development, Operations, and Receiving.
