• Create and maintain compelling merchandise presentations to engage customers and drive sales.
• Coordinate with Regional Visual Merchandising Manager on fixtures, lighting, signage, and pricing concepts.
• Provide in-the-moment training to motivate and coach store teams on visual standards.
• Travel to multiple stores to implement visual directives and ensure consistency.
• Collaborate with Buying Team and District Manager to communicate inventory needs and merchandising strategies.
