Job summary

Nebraska Furniture Mart is seeking an Associate Event Producer for Grandscape in The Colony, TX. You will plan and execute ongoing marketing events, charitable contributions, store tours, PR efforts, market research, and manage circular and premium processes.

Hybrid work is possible; evenings and weekends may be required. Qualifications include a marketing-related bachelor's degree and 2 years of retail marketing/PR experience, plus an understanding of the local market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, related field or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of sales, marketing, advertising, or public relations experience in a retail environment.
• Knowledge of local market (e.g. competitors, charities, etc.) preferred.
• Experience with promotions and event coordination preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ongoing acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software Applications.
• Detail oriented
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, criminal background check.

• Own the prize give‑away process, budget and direct customer contact
• Communicate Relay event information both internally and externally
• Assist in conducting circular shops, internet statistics, and competitor reports

Pay Range: $51,426 - 63,768 annually

As Grandscape's Associate Event Producer, you will be responsible for planning and executing on‑going/repeat marketing events, charitable contributions, store tours, PR efforts, marketing research and managing circular and premium processes. You will have the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule based on business needs. Evening and weekend availability required.
