Job summary

Arhaus is seeking a Visual Manager for the Perrysburg Showroom to uphold premium visual standards and create engaging product displays. You will manage weekly store transfers and work with management to keep inventory at target levels.

The role requires independent work, strong communication, and experience in visual merchandising or related fields; travel and extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Comfort with ladder use and safety procedures.
• Intermediate computer literacy is expected.
• Experience creating floor plans is preferred.

Job description

In this exciting yet challenging Visual Manager role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest visual standards in the home furnishings industry, while presenting a stage in which to display our products.

In addition to creating the experience which is Arhaus Furniture, you will be responsible for weekly store transfers and working with management, ensuring that inventory is maintained at satisfactory levels.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently with little supervision/self-motivated.

Compensation

• Hourly/Non-Exempt
• If achieved (depending on store location), eligible for monthly team sales incentives and quarterly bonus
