Job summary

Arhaus is seeking a Visual Manager to uphold premier visual standards in the showroom and orchestrate engaging product displays across the space. You will coordinate weekly store transfers, work with management to maintain inventory levels, and ensure consistent presentation aligned with our heirloom-quality aesthetic.

• Willingness to travel and work extended hours as needed.
• Must communicate clearly with other departments and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Experience with floor plans preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest visual standards across the showroom and display spaces.
• Create and manage product displays to showcase Arhaus furniture and decor.
• Coordinate weekly store transfers and ensure inventory levels are satisfactory.
• Collaborate with management and other departments to execute visual merchandising plans.
• Support live plants, floral displays, and showroom upkeep as required.

In this exciting yet challenging Visual Manager role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest visual standards in the home furnishings industry, while presenting a stage in which to display our products.

In addition to creating the experience, which is Arhaus Furniture, you will be responsible for weekly store transfers and working with management, ensuring that inventory is maintained at satisfactory levels.

• Must be comfortable working with a variety of wall finishings including wallpaper and faux finishing.

• Must be able to move furniture independently around the showroom and must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Must be able to operate most building tools and equipment.
• Must feel comfortable using a ladder for hanging art and chandeliers, placing furniture, and other projects as needed.
• Must be willing to care for live plants in the showroom including setting floral displays as needed.
• Preferred experience in creating floor plans.
• College degree or job experience in a related field (merchandising, floral design, graphic design, and/or set/stage design).
