Overall Job Summary: Working at the heart of a fast-paced fashion business, a Visual Keyholder is responsible for creating an environment that inspires customers to explore their personal style. The role will support and guide the store team to deliver the most inspiring and exciting Customer Experience in line with the H&M standards. You will actively drive sales and implement the Visual Identity. The Visual Keyholder will meet customer and colleague expectations and follow H&M procedures and standards.

This position reports to the Store Visual Manager (based on volume).

Your Day to Day

1. Sales and profit: Set garment presentation on the Sales Floor & Windows according to the Commercial Handbook. Collaborate with the Department Manager to identify additional commercial opportunities and execute floor moves accordingly.
2. Fashion Knowledge: Stay updated with current fashion trends; share, inspire, and educate the team on seasonal trends, campaigns, and brand standards.
3. Customer Service: Ensure customer expectations are met through direct and indirect service, maintain high-quality garment presentation, and support campaigns and activities.
4. Commercial Routines: Follow up on KPIs, adapt store planning, and maximize commercial opportunities.
5. Visual Store Operations: Execute sample picking, floor moves, and maintain visual materials, ensuring organization, safety, and seasonal updates.
6. Team Support: Coach and develop the store team, ensure compliance with legal and company policies, and support training initiatives.
7. Store Routines & Security: Manage opening/closing routines, promote safety, and address security issues.

Qualifications

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• 1-2+ years of relevant experience, preferably with keyholder responsibilities.
• Physical ability to lift over 20 pounds, stand long periods, climb ladders, and use tools.
• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends; travel may be required.
