Job Description

As the Visual Keyholder, you'll play a pivotal role in curating an excellent customer journey within the store. In this role, you'll have the exciting opportunity to elevate the collection in a way that's both inspiring and commercially savvy, aimed at maximising both indirect and direct customer service while driving sales performance to new heights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offering customers a high level of service, through styling advice, product knowledge, and store experience.
  • Analyze selling information and take responsibility for the visual direction of the store.
  • Install window displays.
  • Create inspiring outfits and style mannequins.
  • Merchandise stock on the shop floor.
  • Support the sales staff with store operations.
  • Set the visual merchandising standard for the store and train other managers and staff.
  • Be a COS brand ambassador and provide the best experience for our customers.

  • Experience making informed VM decisions based on KPIs and sales data.

Compensation: $21.34 - $24.00

Additional Information
