Job summary

A growing manufacturer in the Madison area is seeking detail-oriented workers for Visual Inspection and Assembly of small parts. This contract role offers $19/hour with potential to become permanent based on performance, and a typical schedule of 40 hours per week with possible overtime.

Training is provided, and you will visually inspect precision parts, use a microscope, and perform hand assembly while following strict specifications.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with small parts.
• Good hand-eye coordination for detailed work.
• Previous microscope experience is helpful but not required.
• Manufacturing, production, assembly, crafts, electronics, or other hands-on experience is a plus.
• Dependable and willing to learn.

A growing manufacturer in the Madison area is adding to its production team and seeking detail-oriented individuals for Visual Inspection and Assembly. This is a contract opportunity with the potential to become a permanent position based on performance and business needs. Pay: $19/hour
