A.R. Mazzotta is hiring Manufacturing Production Associates for the Deep River, CT area. This contract opportunity with potential for permanent hire pays $19.00 per hour and runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

You will gain hands-on experience in small-part hand assembly, deburring, and precision finishing using microscopes and other equipment. Ideal candidates have up to six months of related experience or formal technical training, strong attention to detail, and a reliable work

Competenze

• 6 months of experience in manufacturing, assembly, deburring, soldering or similar.
• Experience using microscopes, from school or training.
• Technical school or vocational training in manufacturing, electronics, machining or related field.

Mansioni

Manufacturing Production Associates - Growing Company!

Location: Deep River area, CT

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Overtime: Potential overtime available

Type: Contract opportunity with potential for permanent hire

What You'll Be Doing

• Small part hand assembly
• Deburring and finishing components
• Working with microscopes and other precision equipment
• Inspecting and handling small, detailed parts
• Learning new manufacturing and assembly processes through hands-on training

What We're Looking For

• Approximately 6 months of experience in manufacturing, assembly, deburring, soldering, or other hands-on production work OR
• Experience using microscopes, including experience gained through school or classroom training OR
• Technical school or vocational training in manufacturing, electronics, machining, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with small parts
• Good hand-eye coordination and a willingness to learn
• A reliable work history and positive attitude
