Job summary

J.Crew is seeking a Visual Associate to curate an inviting store environment with meticulous attention to detail. You will set up engaging window displays and merchandise layouts, and help teammates learn presentation standards both in front and back of house.

Responsibilities

• Create captivating window displays and merchandise layouts and keep promotional signage up-to-date.
• Execute organized and timely floor sets.
• Collaborate with store management on product placement and daily maintenance on the sales floor.
• Keep backstock organized and move relevant products to the floor regularly.
• Comply with merchandise receiving and handling guidelines.
• Use store systems and technology effectively.
• Respond to customers with courtesy and respect.
