Job summary

Vantor is seeking a Visual Designer to join our new in-house creative team in Colorado. You’ll partner with the Creative Director to shape identity, campaigns, product stories, events, film, and the design system that ties it all together.

You’ll contribute early-stage concepts, build scalable design systems in Figma, and move between Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to deliver memorable work that pushes the brand forward.

Qualifications

• Experience as a brand designer or art director, building brand systems.
• Fluency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• A portfolio with range and visible problem-solving.
• Comfort with ambiguity and early-stage direction.
• Ambition to help build a department and a body of work.

Responsibilities

• Take direction from the Creative Director and develop original concepts.
• Design across brand identity, campaigns, product work, web, motion, events, and presentations.
• Contribute ideas at the sketch stage, not just polished outputs.
• Build scalable design systems in Figma that grow with the team.
• Move between Figma and Adobe Creative Suite from exploration to final craft.
• Help build the department and onboard future team members.
• Present a strong point of view and act as a creative partner.
