Job summary

PLACE is seeking a skilled Visual Designer to partner with the Visual Design Team Lead, founders, and executives to bring brands, products, campaigns, and marketing initiatives to life across the PLACE ecosystem.

You’ll design across real estate, home services, and tech brands, delivering high-quality visuals for digital and print, while scaling design systems and templates for efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional graphic or visual design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficient in Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite; print and digital design experience.
• Able to work within brand guidelines while delivering fresh designs; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design marketing and communications materials for real estate teams, home service partners, and home service technology businesses.
• Create a wide variety of visual assets including digital ads, social graphics, flyers, postcards, brochures, presentations, event collateral, email graphics, signage, sales materials, and other marketing assets.
• Translate creative briefs and business objectives into effective visual design solutions.
• Work within established brand guidelines while maintaining typography, layout, hierarchy, imagery, and composition.
• Adapt brand systems across formats, audiences, and channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, web, partner success, and other internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective creative.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.
• Participate in design critiques and incorporate feedback quickly and thoughtfully.
• Prepare and export final files for digital and print production.
• Maintain organized Figma and Canva files for easy access by internal teams and partners.
• Communicate clearly when projects are complete, including final files and usage/production information.
• Help identify opportunities to improve creative processes, templates, and scalable design resources.
