Job summary

PLACE is seeking a skilled Visual Designer to lead the creation of marketing materials for real estate and home service brands. You will design across digital and print assets, ensuring brand consistency and high production quality.

You will collaborate with marketing, product, and web teams, manage multiple projects, and drive scalable design resources. A strong portfolio and experience with typography, layout, and Canva/Adobe tools are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional graphic or visual design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrates typography, layout, composition and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with real estate, home services, SaaS, or tech brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design marketing and communications materials for real estate teams, home service partners, and home service technology businesses.
• Create a wide variety of visual assets including digital ads, social graphics, flyers, postcards, brochures, presentations, event collateral, email graphics, signage, sales materials, and other marketing assets.
• Translate briefs and objectives into effective visual design solutions.
• Work within brand guidelines while maintaining typography, layout, hierarchy, imagery, and composition.
• Adapt brand systems across formats, audiences, and channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, web, and partner success teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Participate in design critiques and incorporate feedback.
• Prepare and export final files for digital and print production.
• Maintain organized Figma and Canva files for easy access by teams.
