Raylu is seeking a senior visual designer to shape the look and feel across marketing site, decks, social, and brand. You’ll work directly with founding product designer and growth leads, shipping real visuals weekly in a fast‑growing startup.

Expect messy workflows, rapid requests, and a hands-on role translating strategy into on‑brand design. Must have a strong portfolio, Framer proficiency, motion design skills, and clear written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Strong visual and brand design portfolio.
• Skilled in Framer to build pages for marketing site.
• Motion design skills with After Effects, Rive, or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-directed and proactive in ambiguous startup environment.
• Based in NYC and able to be in-person in Manhattan.
• Loves dogs (office dogs).

Responsibilities

• Design and build marketing website pages in Framer and help SEO.
• Create motion design for the website, social, and brand moments.
• Design social posts and marketing assets.
• Deck design for sales, pitch, and presentations.
