Job summary

Navy Federal Credit Union seeks a skilled Graphic Designer to craft visual experiences aligned with our brand across print and digital channels. You will develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for digital platforms and may create motion graphics assets to support campaigns.

The role emphasizes accessibility, collaboration with stakeholders, and contributing to design systems. Expect to manage multiple projects, present concepts, mentor junior designers, and stay current with industry trends

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Web Design, Communications, or related field or the equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
2+ of experience in design or related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
Ability to interpret user needs and translate into design solutions.

Responsibilities

Create cohesive visual experiences that align with brand strategy across platforms.
Develop wireframes, mockups and prototypes for digital platforms.
May create multimedia assets for motion graphics and animations.
Ensure brand consistency and accessibility in all designs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Contribute to design systems and templates.
Present design concepts and incorporate feedback.
Support junior designers and share best practices.
Stay current with design trends and tools.
May perform other duties as assigned
