Job summary

Qualifications

Develops visually compelling and strategically aligned design solutions that communicate organizational priorities and strengthen connections across diverse audiences. Applies advanced design principles and tools to create print and/or digital materials that elevate user experience and support enterprise objectives. Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Web Design, Communications, or related field or the equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
• 2+ of experience in design or related field.
• Basic understanding of business and operating environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Ability to interpret user needs and translate into design solutions.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Creative problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Familiarity with front-end development concepts and digital design standards.
• Experience with animation and multimedia content creation tools
• Collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Attention to detail and quality assurance.
• Time management and multitasking abilities.

Desired Qualifications

• Portfolio of general design work.
• Strong Figma experience
• Motion graphics and animation experience
• Experience creating animated digital display ads, HTML5 banner ads
