Talanto is seeking a fully remote Visual Designer to own the end-to-end visual language for a fast-growing B2B fintech startup. You will craft enterprise collateral, web visuals, and social content that shape market perception.

The role emphasizes speed, execution, and adherence to brand systems. With 3–6 years of experience, you’ll work across decks, landing pages, dashboards, and infographics while exploring AI design tools.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional visual design experience.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for production work.
• Proficiency in Figma for web-based and interface design work.
• Ability to design within established brand guidelines and visual systems.
• Experience producing decks, one-pagers, landing pages, and social visuals.
• Portfolio showing icon design and custom illustrations is a plus.

About the Role

This is a fully remote, full-time visual design role at a fast-growing B2B fintech startup building trust and identity infrastructure for businesses globally. Sitting within the Design team, you'll own the end-to-end visual language - from enterprise sales collateral to web and social - and directly shape how the company is perceived in the market.

What You'll Do

Design sales decks, one-pagers, comparison charts, and reusable templates that support enterprise deal-making.

Produce LinkedIn visuals, graphics, and social templates that amplify brand messaging.

Build hero images, section graphics, and supporting visuals for the website and landing pages.

Create icons, illustrations, and infographics for white papers, blog posts, and long-form content.

Translate complex ideas into diagrams and data visualizations that clarify rather than decorate.

Own and evolve the visual language consistently across all shipped assets.

What We're Looking For

3-6 years of professional visual design experience with a bias toward speed and execution.

Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for production work.

Proficiency in Figma for web-based and interface design work.

Proven ability to design confidently within established brand guidelines and visual systems - without requiring a brand overhaul.

Experience producing marketing and sales materials such as decks, one-pagers, comparison charts, and landing pages.

Experience creating social media graphics and visual content for professional platforms.

Ability to create clear data visualizations, diagrams, and infographics for complex subject matter.

Active, hands-on curiosity about AI design tools - you're integrating them into your workflow today.

Background in B2B SaaS, fintech, or identity/compliance domains is a strong plus.

Portfolio demonstrating icon design and custom illustration work is a bonus.

Location

Fully remote. Open to candidates based in the Benelux region. Visa sponsorship is not available.
