Job summary

Google LLC's YouTube team is hiring a Staff Visual Designer Lead for YouTube Shorts and Creation to shape visual language, typography, color, and iconography across viewers and creators. You will join a multi-disciplinary UX team, collaborating with Engineering and Product Management to transform user insights into industry-leading products.

You will guide design partners and evolve the Google design language.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in product design or UX.
• 5 years of experience designing for video editing and mobile products or 4 years of experience designing consumer product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary UX team to leverage user insights and create industry-leading products.
• Lead design decisions that evolve the Google design language and build beautiful, innovative experiences that people love to use.
