Job summary

Jobvite, Inc. in New York, NY is seeking a Visualization Design, Emerging Talent Intern for Fall. This onsite role supports the Emerging Talent team in attracting and engaging early-career talent through programs, outreach and recruitment initiatives.

You will build a library of reusable design assets, branded materials for career fairs, and visuals for events, applying brand guidelines and basic video-editing skills. Strong design, typography, and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong design skills with typography, layout and color theory.
• Portfolio showcasing design work preferred.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Undergraduate student in good standing with GPA ≥ 2.5.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Basic video editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Design presentation templates and branded decks for internship/fellowship programs and info-sessions.
• Create branded materials for career fairs, recruitment events, and university engagements.
• Design flyers, signage and digital assets for events.
• Develop iconography, illustrations, and visuals aligned with Emerging Talent branding.
• Support social and digital content needs for talent program spotlights and campaigns.
• Update and maintain visual consistency across program documents and onboarding materials.
• Assist with layout design for internal communications (MailChimp).
• Support basic motion graphics or video edits for promotional content.
• Collaborate to ensure visuals meet accessibility and brand guidelines.
• Perform additional design-related tasks as assigned.
