Fox Factory designs, engineers, manufactures and markets performance‑defining products worldwide. The Content & Social Media Specialist brings the Fox Factory Vehicles portfolio to life through compelling visual storytelling and engaging social media content.

You will plan, capture, produce, publish, and manage high‑quality photo and video assets supporting product launches, dealer marketing, social media, paid advertising, and events.

Qualifications

• Professional photography and videography experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content best practices.
• Excellent visual storytelling and creative composition skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand quality.
• Passion for automotive, motorsports, or enthusiast brands preferred.

Responsibilities

• Content Strategy & Planning: Translate campaign objectives into visual storytelling; develop shot lists, production schedules and content plans.
• Photo and Video Production: Capture photography and cinematography of vehicles, products, and brand experiences; operate camera, lighting, audio, and stabilization equipment.
• Post Production: Edit content for web, social, paid media, emails, and events; apply color correction and motion graphics.
• Asset Management: Maintain organized digital asset library with metadata and archival processes.
• Cross Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with product, sales, digital marketing and events teams.
• Social Media Content & Community Management: Manage Fox Factory Vehicles social channels; plan, schedule, publish, and optimize content; engage with audience.
