Position Summary
The Visual Content Producer is responsible for creating, formatting, and editing digital content across multiple formats for all artist album campaigns, touring, and storytelling initiatives. This role bridges high-level graphic design with fast-paced video editing. Working with provided media assets, this person will execute data-driven creative strategies under the guidance of the Digital Marketing Manager and reports to the Head of Marketing.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Asset Creation & Design: Create, build, and edit digital assets for online properties to support all artist initiatives, including social graphics, banners, visualizers, Spotify Canvases, and GIFs.
- Collaborative Editing & Iteration: Revise, trim, and adjust video and graphic assets based on direct feedback and direction from the Digital Marketing Manager.
- Campaign & Brand Collaboration: Partner with the Marketing Team, Manager, and Day to Days on album campaign assets, executing all necessary graphics and videos in multiple formats.
- Video & Audio Production: Edit provided video and audio content for artist initiatives. Create videos for merch promos, tour sizzlers, and advertisements using existing live performance footage and animation.
- Tour Marketing Assets: Create tour admats and marketing collateral. Verify dates, locations, and support acts, providing fast error corrections as schedules change.
- Artist Branding & Merchandise: Design logos and unique art for artist branding. Conceptualize and execute designs for artist merchandise and posters.
- Email & Direct Marketing: Design and format monthly newsletters and promotional email blasts.
- Asset Delivery: Ensure all digital assets adhere strictly to current digital platform standards.

Requirements
- Software: Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Industry: Strong combined background in music, technology, and social media, with deep knowledge of digital asset industry standards.
- Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to develop creative work and take directional notes efficiently.
- Organization: Excellent organizational skills to manage multi-artist asset libraries and tight release timelines.
