Job summary

Athenix Solutions Group seeks a Media Specialist II to turn information into visually compelling media products for learning and development under a prime contract in the Annapolis Junction area. You will plan, program, and produce multimedia materials for print, electronic media, and exhibits, collaborating with a team to support national security training and communications.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and basic knowledge of After Effects and Premiere is required,

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Art/Graphic Design/Fine Art/Design Art/Computer Graphic Design and 4 years of media production experience.
In lieu of Bachelor's, Associate degree plus 2 years of experience.
In lieu of Bachelor's or Associate, 8 years of related experience.
Strong emphasis on 508 compliance and accessibility in design.

Responsibilities

Develop conceptual illustrations.
Develop digital graphics and artwork for online and in-person training and web pages.
Develop print materials such as posters, brochures, banners, annual reports.
Use typography, color schemes, icons, and images to create templates and infographics.
Conceptualize, direct, capture, and edit videos, animations, and motion graphics.
Collaborate with team to develop trainings and promotional materials.
Ensure all designs follow 508 compliance guidelines.
Work in a moderate-to-fast paced environment with quick turnaround deadlines.
