Job summary

Aquila Technology Corp. is seeking a Media Production Specialist to develop multimedia content for training, documentation, and communications in support of a premier defense research program.

The role requires high-level multimedia production skills, ARAS Innovator experience, and collaboration with engineering teams. Hybrid work in Lexington, MA, with US citizenship and ability to obtain clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience with audiovisual media and hardware.
• Experience creating training materials for ARAS Innovator software.
• Experience delivering training content to stakeholders/users.
• Experience working in prototyping environments and with R&D/STEM content.

Responsibilities

• Create training materials in various media formats.
• Identify training needs and priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering and fabrication teams to develop outreach programs.
• Validate content with SMEs and end users.
• Maintain training documents and data/environments.
• Support user communities to ensure tools are used effectively.
• Develop and maintain PLM user communications with development team.
• Incorporate user feedback to improve training content and delivery.
