Bowerman Creation University (BCU) Visual Communicators design and deliver high-quality visual learning content that supports foundational to advanced footwear education for the Global Footwear Product Creation organization and their strategic partners.
Visual Communicators use their visual design skills in partnership with BCU Program Managers, Bowerman Footwear Labs (BFL) leadership, and Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to produce engaging, accessible, branded content that facilitates learning highly technical concepts.
Core content includes PowerPoint presentation decks, e-Learning, QRGs, one-pagers, videos, photography, logos, immersion program swag, and other branded learning assets for BCU and BFL.
Role Focus
As an experienced individual contributor, this role independently delivers complete visual work products, contributing to course builds and programs with moderate complexity. Begins influencing how learning content is visually structured.
Key Responsibilities
In your day-to-day work you will collaborate with your teammates and subject matter experts to maintain existing materials and develop new educational experiences. You will support the team through design work for presentation decks, one-pagers, printed class handouts, interactive online content, videos, learning tutorials, and more. You’ll rely on user-centered design principles to produce high-quality visuals, from concept to execution.
