• Maintain store appearance by vacuuming and cleaning surfaces.
• Assist accounting with aging reports and statements.
• Order and manage office supplies.
• Assist Visual Communications Expert with vendor communications.
• Serve as a production backup when needed.
• Input data, fax, mail, and organize incoming emails.
