Visual Merchandiser supports management team in achieving goals by providing World-Class service. Serves as a role model for building relationships with customers. Maintains presence through store supervision to ensure appropriate staff coverage areas.

We’re excited about you because...

  1. 1-3 years of experience in merchandising or visual role.
  2. 1-2 years experience in home related design or visual merchandising preferred. Specialty retail preferred.
  3. Effective communication, organization and leadership skills.
  4. Proven ability to motivate and influence others through personal actions and examples.
  5. College degree preferred or equivalent job experience.

Physical Requirements:

  1. Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time.
  2. Ability to operate POS system.
  3. Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 pounds, while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
  4. Part-Time Flex associates must be available to work a minimum of two regularly scheduled shifts on the weekend (Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday) and two during the week (Monday to Thursday). For an associate to be scheduled 20 hours or more weekly, greater availability (beyond the minimum required above) that meets the needs of the business will be required. Weekend availability cannot fall on the same day; an associate must be available on two separate days (Friday and Saturday, Friday and Sunday or Saturday and Sunday).

This role offers a competitive compensation package including pay and benefits. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. The anticipated pay range for this role will be: $18.25-$24.00 per hour.
