Job summary

New World School of the Arts is seeking an Adjunct Faculty member in Visual Arts to teach non-transferable courses. The role supports multiple modalities including in-person, MDC Live, MDC Online, and blended formats.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution and strong communication skills to engage students, colleagues, and the broader community. This temporary, part-time position reports to the Dean of New World School of the Arts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution.
• All degrees must be from regionally accredited institutions.
• Must possess excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to work well with students, faculty, staff and the community.

Responsibilities

• This Adjunct Faculty teaches non-transferable courses in Visual Arts.
• Courses may be taught in MDC In-Person, MDC Live (interactive virtual environment), MDC Online (online delivery) and Blended Classes.
