Job summary

Vista Viewpoint is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead the transition to a regional operating model for multi-entity environments. You will work directly with a system administrator and key business stakeholders to design, validate, and implement Vista configurations that support regional structuring and reporting.

The role focuses on configuration and testing rather than traditional accounting tasks, and you will drive go-live readiness across newly acquired entities in an acquisition-driven

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on Vista by Viewpoint configuration and administration experience.
• Experience supporting Vista in a regional, multi-entity, or multi-location environment.
• Comfortable working in an M&A-driven organization, including supporting acquired entities through systems integration and organizational change.
• Construction industry experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure Vista by Viewpoint to support a multi-region organizational and reporting structure.
• Build and test regional configurations as the organization continues to acquire and integrate new entities.
• Perform back-end testing and validation to ensure configurations, workflows, and outputs operate correctly.
• Partner with the Vista system administrator to troubleshoot issues and prepare the regional model for go-live.
• As the Vista Viewpoint Solutions Architect, identify configuration gaps and recommend solutions to accelerate implementation.
