Job summary

OHuddle is seeking a VISTA member to expand mentorship resources in Orrville Elementary School using the 1:1 Developmental Asset model to improve student outcomes. The role focuses on building environmental education and sustainability resources for Off Site Schools and enhancing community engagement.

You will develop tools for volunteer recruitment, coordinate with schools and partners, and support program expansion with training on poverty and trauma considerations.

Qualifications

• Skilled in creative problem solving and data management.
• Experience applying research methods to program development.
• Strong time management and communication abilities.
• Ability to engage schools, volunteers and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop environmental education and sustainability resources for expanded mentorship programs in Off Site Schools.
