Job summary

Museum of Contemporary Art Cleveland is seeking a VISTA Engagement Impact Systems Specialist to strengthen capacity for understanding and removing barriers to engagement in free and low-cost programs. The role focuses on building sustainable data tools, volunteer systems, partner tracking, and reporting templates tied to moCa Saturdays, accessibility initiatives, and community partnerships.

• Assess current engagement, volunteer, partner, and evaluation systems.
• Develop templates for attendance, access barriers, demographics, volunteer roles, partner referrals, and resources leveraged.
• Create a partner database and volunteer recruitment materials.
• Train staff and volunteers to use observation and feedback tools.
• Evaluate pilot systems connected to free engagement programs.
• Finalize a sustainability toolkit with standard procedures, a reporting calendar, a data dictionary, dashboard guidance, and funder-ready impact summaries.
