AmeriCorps VISTA is seeking individuals to support partnership development, data systems, and program sustainability in Washington, DC. The role focuses on creating sustainable tools to increase organizational effectiveness and long-term impact for people living in poverty.

You will meet with staff and community stakeholders, develop dashboards and reports, and produce communications materials to highlight program impact.

Responsibilities

• Meet with staff, leadership, and community stakeholders to learn program goals, priorities, and community needs.
• Create communications materials that highlight program impact and community engagement opportunities.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and tracking tools that support reporting and decision-making.
• Observe program activities and recommend improvements that strengthen program quality and efficiency.
• Evaluate and improve data collection, reporting processes, and system effectiveness.
