Job summary

The Peer Company in Portland, Oregon is seeking a Development Systems VISTA Specialist to strengthen fundraising systems and organizational capacity for long-term growth. The VISTA will assess development practices and build tools that improve donor management, fundraising tracking, and cross-department collaboration.

You will design donor-segmentation tools, dashboards, and SOPs while collaborating with staff to pilot and refine sustainable systems for long-term maintenance and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in fundraising or grant writing preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and organize information.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen The Peer Company's fundraising capacity by designing sustainable CRM and donor-data workflows.
• Develop dashboards, stewardship tools, and reporting for campaigns and sponsorships.
• Document procedures and collaborate with staff to implement new systems.
