Job summary

The Peer Company, an AmeriCorps VISTA program partner, is seeking a VISTA Specialist to strengthen fundraising systems and organizational capacity to support growth for low-income communities.

The role focuses on CRM use, donor-data organization, stewardship planning, reporting, campaign planning, and sponsorship tracking, while developing templates, workflows, and data standards for staff use. This is a full-time VISTA service position based in Oregon.

Qualifications

• Excellent communications and collaboration skills.
• Experience in fundraising or grant writing is preferred.
• Ability to organize, document procedures, and use data effectively.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen long-term fundraising capacity by building sustainable CRM processes and donor data organization.
• Develop dashboards, workflows, and stewardship tools to support campaigns and sponsorship tracking.
• Collaborate with staff to pilot new systems and document SOPs for ongoing use.
